I suppose your view of the asking price depends upon what you are used to in your own locality, but it doesn’t seem too much to me considering the whole package. Beautiful!

The price is pretty accurate, considering the location and all the amenities. It’s absolutely perfect. Wish I had some extra money floating around (a lot of extra money). I’d definitely buy this home!
I imagine one could rent out that guest cabin, too, to help with property taxes. A fun spot!
It seems that tiny houses, like everything else in this country, are becoming only for the rich.
