Ok, I know you’re going to hate the price of this 480 Sq. Ft. cabin, BUT it’s located on .81 acres of lakefront property and includes a greenhouse and 200 square foot guest house/office/workspace for additional square footage. So you’re really paying $375,000 for the breathtaking land more than just the little home.
Plus you’ll have you’re own private dock so you can swim or fish or canoe any time you’d like. Inside the home has a cozy wood stove and one bedroom, with space in the large main room for a Murphy bed if you’d like it. The kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher, and there’s a large front deck with water views for your morning cup of coffee. Located in Tahuya, WA, you can schedule a tour via Zillow.

I suppose your view of the asking price depends upon what you are used to in your own locality, but it doesn’t seem too much to me considering the whole package. Beautiful!
I agree! I live in the very pricey New England area so it seems like a steal haha.
I live in a small resort community in Lake Michigan and, a home like this would cost double that price! Beautiful!
Yes same where we are located!
The price is pretty accurate, considering the location and all the amenities. It’s absolutely perfect. Wish I had some extra money floating around (a lot of extra money). I’d definitely buy this home!
I imagine one could rent out that guest cabin, too, to help with property taxes. A fun spot!
It seems that tiny houses, like everything else in this country, are becoming only for the rich.
