There is an opening for an oven/range (fits standard 30″ ranges) with a 220V outlet on the floor. I found I didn’t use my oven enough, so I sold it and put in a temporary stand for storage. I was planning on building a butcher block counter with cupboard to hold an induction burner and toaster oven but I never got around to it. I’ve decided to sell as is, so the new owners can add whatever fits their needs.
New hubs and tires will be installed before sale.

Very nice, with about four more feet in length there would be space to entertain a few friends. I like having sleeping area on main floor.

This is a nice little house, and I like it! I think it is interesting that so many people want to have a washer dryer in their tiny houses. With children, I could understand it, but with a single adult, or maybe even a couple, it is harder for me to understand. I go to the local laundry mat every week on the same day and at the same time as much as possible. I choose this time for the crowds–when there are people like me there. Working people, living simply, and with interesting lives (and therefore, conversation). Some of the people are only there that one day as they are traveling somewhere. A British man, bicycling across America, once kissed my hand as he was heading out with his laundry, and declared our laundry mat to be one of his favorite places in America. Lol! It is one of my social times, and the people I hang out with at the laundry are friends, though we only rarely bump into each other when out and about. It is like my church friends that I most often see at church, and my work friends that I usually only see at school (teacher). I have another set of friends that are at O’Reilly’s where I regularly go for truck parts and oils and such because my vehicles are used and often need tweaking (not drug related), and at least 3 restaurants where everybody there knows each other and we all talk together about the same topics. It is like a big family gathering! I love it! To me, it is the neatest part about Tiny living–actually “living” outside my house, right? Anyway, that is one person’s tiny living experience. I am sure everyone out there has his/her own. Thanks. . .
So I guess what I am saying is that I don’t try to incorporate every single thing I need into my tiny house. If I can accommodate it elsewhere, I do, so I can meet new people and expand my social life. People are great and interesting, and I love all my friends everywhere.

I would have had a loft over bathroom and closet for storage. But I love the layout.
