I would like to see the NOAH certification on these and the archived inspections. Is that possible??
If the house was certified with NOAH then the video inspections, and all relevant documentation, would be archived and available upon request.
The builder is a NOAH member, so they offer the certification but it’s a optional service, which they charge for, so the owner could have refused it…
So you’ll have to contact the owner and see what they say… Mind, the owner is only renting this property, not selling it, at this time… But the builder can always build you one complete with the NOAH certification and all that entails…

First of all are both the tiny homes on Lake Travis both available. Does the price include the lot, the ad says starts at $57,000. I guess I need to know where they finish. Lol….

Hi Cheryl! Unfortunately, that does not include the lot, sorry! That price was just for the house (not including permits or anything either).
How much is the lot and what size is it. It doesn’t look like they are separated lots
