Great living room space with beautiful windows.

 Retreat Model

Electric fireplace makes the whole space warm and toasty!

You can cook anything in this tiny house kitchen.

Great ventilation over the oven and lovely cabinets.

A look from the kitchen to the rest of the house.

Look at one of the lofts and the catwalk. Lots of windows.

Storage stairs to the gooseneck bedroom (and washer/dryer).

Safety railings made from industrial pipe. Looks lovely.

Hanging storage, drawers and cabinets in the gooseneck bedroom.

I like how the bed is snuggled into that nook. Very cozy.

Oh look! More drawers for storage.

Bathrooms with tile are my favorite, and the fixtures are great.

What do you think of the stained ceilings?

Residential toilet, plus bowl sink for washing up!

I could enjoy my tiny house sitting on the waterside.

A look at the back of the the THOW.

What an amazing home! Just love everything it has to offer! Love the coziness of the kitchen! It is great that they have full sized appliances to cook with! Love the fact that you have a comfy couch & build in entertainment center! Awesome bathroom & I like the stained ceiling it gives it a nice contrast in the bathroom with the tile. The catwalk woodwork is just beautiful! All the bedrooms that this home has to offer! Along with all the storage! Especially it has stairs with storage! The fact that it has a place for a washer/dryer so you do not have to go to a laundry mat! Really enjoyed touring your lovely home! Thank You! 🌻🌷🌻

I agree with everything you pointed out, Carol. It’s awesome!

Amazingly adorable! We’ve been looking for a 1000 square foot portable home and still haven’t found it.

    • Natalie C. McKee Natalie C. McKee May 15, 2017, 7:57 pm

I don’t think you can find portable homes that big (like a THOW), but you might find park models/ mobile homes that would work 🙂

  • Danielle DiLisio May 13, 2017, 3:46 pm

So many great features in this home, I love everything about it!

  • Pat Dunham May 13, 2017, 9:09 pm

This is a beautiful home with excellent design with the overhangs on both ends as well as the goose neck, beautiful to look at. Plus the interior is so well laid out. I can’t agree with the big over stuffed sofa with it’s gigantic arms that waste a lot of valuable space.

    • Natalie C. McKee Natalie C. McKee May 15, 2017, 7:51 pm

It’s certainly a large couch — but looks comfy 🙂

    • Lori July 11, 2017, 12:18 pm

A daybed would be nice in place of that sofa. I’d love to drift off to sleep by the fireplace, curled up with my cat. Add a fake chimney to hide the tv with the dvd player inside the mantle, it also doubles as a nice place for decorations during the holidays.

Love it. It has everything I would want…but I know I could not afford it. I wish these had been around in 2003, when I could not find an apartment, to rent. Had to buy an albatross, of a condo. Never want to live in a condo again, once I get out of here. What a waste of money, with condo fees, neighborhood fees, and more!

I am trying to figure out where the catwalk extends to from the loft bedroom. there doesn’t seem to be an access into the gooseneck bedroom that I can see. What is its purpose?

    • Natalie C. McKee Natalie C. McKee May 18, 2017, 4:30 pm

It could just be for additional storage? I’ve seen some tiny homes use those little “protrusions” to either decorate or store things!

  • Danielle May 18, 2017, 2:30 am

Absolutely perfect, for my personal taste.

  • Michele May 18, 2017, 3:07 am

It is exceptional…sure would be nice to know the price of this exact model.

This is lovely. I’m not a fan of wood in a bathroom because there’s so much moisture in there. But I like the tile.

  • Libby June 17, 2017, 4:38 pm

I think I am a fan of all of the tiny homes this company has designed. This is a definite for living in full time.

    • Natalie C. McKee Natalie C. McKee June 19, 2017, 12:12 pm

Yes I think I’ve loved all of theirs too. 🙂

    Hello,
I am located in SC and am interested in a Tiny House. There seems to be a decided lack of availability in my area. Would you perhaps have listings of houses in this area that are available, or builders who specialize in this form of construction?
The Denali by Timberlake is beautiful and might well work for my needs with some modifications but location makes it difficult and presumable more expensive.
Ideas? Suggestions? Thanks in advance for your help!
    All the best-
    Kendall Adams

the only problem is finding land and approval to live in– the biggest problem with any THOW– other than that I love it– especially if I’d have family or my 4 grown kids come visit

  • Gloria Sheldon July 2, 2017, 1:27 am

Absolutely beautiful! I wish my house was SOLD. READY TO GO FROM 3,000 to <700 sq ft or EVEN LESS. If I only knew then what I know now. BEST!

  • Donna July 10, 2017, 5:31 pm

I’m in SC too and can’t find any builders in the area that build anything other than the rustic types. If it were placed on a barge, that could solve the land problem. Could be registered as a boat, if it had a small outboard in a well. The lack of trailer cost would offset the barge cost. Could have tankage in the barge and pump-out stations are plentiful here. I’m a block from the ocean, but would really rather be IN the water in a tiny, instead of near the water in 5,000 square feet.

  • nancy jarvis July 10, 2017, 5:35 pm

Being a senior citizen I think I would reduce the size of the loft over the kitchen and open up that space, as it seems dark. Love the catwalk. Also, there would have to be space to walk around the bed in the master loft. All in all its really beautiful.

    • Lori July 11, 2017, 12:22 pm

If the bed were smaller you’d have more room to walk around it. Would it be just you or a spouse too? Since it’s just me and the cat, a twin size would work for me.

  • Carolyne July 10, 2017, 6:04 pm

This has got to be one of the best tiny homes ever love that stair case ,,and the room it offers it feels and looks so much roomier,,too beautiful!!🖒🖒🖒

  • Betty July 10, 2017, 8:20 pm

I really like this one. One of the comments stated no wood in bathroom, I agree. Otherwise, great! 😊

  • Linda Hodges July 10, 2017, 8:36 pm

I looked at the cat walk and had decided to cover the rail with decorative quilts, and store luggage and winter/summer clothes and shoes and infrequently used stuff in plastic bins up there. Couldn’t be seen from first floor. Easy to get to, also. I love the design…….

    • Lori July 11, 2017, 12:23 pm

I like the quilts over the railing idea. I have several I’ve made, as well as afghans so I could rotate which ones were being used and which ones are being displayed. 😀

  • Michael L July 10, 2017, 10:17 pm

This home has been featured several times recently and, is still my favorite! Wonderful design.
