Amber and Jaylyn first decided on RV life when it was just the two of them — he’s a Marine and they wanted to spend money on something that was theirs, rather than paying for base housing with every move. It also fits their minimalist mindset.

While they did buy a larger toy hauler when their daughter was born, they’re still happily living tiny. Just wait until you see the cool elevator bed they put in the toy-hauler part, as well as Journey’s adorable nursery.

Leila got a wake-up call when she was diagnosed with cancer a year and a half ago. It was then that she and her husband Trevor decided they needed to get out there and travel instead of running the rat race in Southern California.

Both of them work remotely as real estate agents, and Trevor runs a YouTube channel helping agents create great videos of the homes they want to sell. They purchased a vandalized toy hauler and transformed it into an amazing home on wheels, complete with a huge home office!

They travel with their 21-year-old daughter with special needs, and the three of them are loving their home on wheels. Leila worked hard to make sure nothing in the RV felt like an RV, and you’ll see from the tour with Tiny Home Tours below!

I love the way people use all kinds of tiny spaces to create homes, and toy hauler conversions are no exception. This industrial tiny house on wheels fits in all the necessary amenities and there’s no loft! Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living space all on one floor. Plus the vehicle is street legal in all 50 states, and easily towed by a 1/2 ton truck.

A small couch could easily fit in the living space for a nice area to relax, and the kitchen has a cooktop and convection oven that can be stored during transit. The bathroom has a large metal shower and a flush toilet, and there’s a downstairs Murphy bed you can push up to allow room for bikes and other small toys.

It’s currently for sale in North Carolina for $27,500, and you can contact the seller over at Tiny House Marketplace.
