Meet Nick Soave, a musician who built a tiny house on wheels between 2017 and 2019 and has lived happily in it since 2020. It sits on an Alpaca farm in Michigan, and the living room is almost entirely dedicated to his fantastic drum set.
Nick is starting a YouTube Channel to talk all about his tiny life and how he built this home for just $23,000 using some awesome techniques and plenty of reclaimed materials. Below is his first video, which includes an in-depth tour of his build. What do you love the most?

Here’s a fun video walkthrough of a Mint Tiny House. This 34′ tiny house on wheels is anchored by its U-shaped dining area in the front and a ground-floor bedroom (or office) space in the back. Between the two sits a fairly simple galley kitchen, and then a beautiful bathroom with a single-piece fiberglass surround.

DrAntonika was no stranger to tiny living when the opportunity to buy this home with her parents presented itself. Working as a healer/naturopath on yachts meant that she was often living out of a couple of suitcases in a small room. But when she and her traveling parents needed a place to ride out lockdowns, a tiny home in this Texas community seemed like a great option.
She and her parents split time between work and being home in this beautiful 399 sq. ft. tiny house that has a huge kitchen, removable deck, and downstairs bedroom. She can grow herbs out on her porch and has space for her air fryer and smoothie maker. What do you think of this tiny house and community?

Emilie is one of the lucky ones! He got a beautiful tiny home from Baluchon that looks wonderfully well-crafted. His biggest want was a reading nook with bookshelves, and he has one right in front of a huge picture window that will offer lovely views of his Normandy property.
The name “Piccola Casa” means “little house.” He has a functional kitchen for cooking meals for guests, a large bathroom, and a storage staircase to hold his things. Upstairs in the loft, he fit a double bed. What’s your favorite part?

When I think of awesome gooseneck tiny homes, I think of MitchCraft — they have really perfected maximizing space and beauty in the layout. Summer’s gooseneck seems to have everything: A grand kitchen that looks perfect to cook in, a washer/dryer combo in a wall of storage, and a bedroom/living room combo over the gooseneck.
Summer chose the most soothing colors! Sage green, natural light wood tones, and a bit of rustic barn wood here and there for contrast. There’s even a full bathroom with a tub for relaxing after a long day. What’s your favorite part of this design?

We introduced you to Ideal Tiny’s Antonin model, but here’s a look at a fully-furnished tiny home of theirs that’s just stunning. The Indè provides you with a single-level floor plan. Living/kitchen area first, bathroom in the middle, and a spacious first-floor bedroom at the end.
The modern finishes make this such a sleek home! I especially love that French doors open from the living room to a huge deck, essentially doubling the space. Plus, you really can’t beat the view. It looks like it may be a vacation property at a camp, and wow, I’d want to stay there. Thoughts?

I absolutely love innovative designers who see problems and find solutions, and that’s the case with Tom from TC Tiny. He saw the need for bushfire-resistant tiny homes in Australia, and he stepped in the gap to fill the need! We could certainly use homes like this in California, with the frequent wildfires over there.
This is his most recent creation, which he sold to Little Tootie Eco Retreat. The interior features Tom’s signature “farm punk” style that’s a mix of rustic and industrial. It includes all you need for full-time living, including a bathroom, first-floor bedroom, and micro office for those who work from home. What do you think?
