Frankie and Alex got into #vanlife thinking they’d explore for a year and then settle down and buy a house, but they ended up loving it so much they decided to keep going with no plans of stopping anytime soon!

While their first van was an inexpensive build, it was also incredibly rusty and needed a lot of work, so once they knew they loved living on wheels, they chose to buy a second van and make it home.

The build includes a hidden shower and bathroom, a u-shaped dinette/bed and a swivel chair. Enjoy!

Morgan invited her now-boyfriend Logan to hop on her van journey. She was relieved to have help with her build and lifestyle, and he was eager to live off the land all over the country after living that way in Louisiana — hunting and fishing for his own food.

Their van really breaks the mold of typical Promaster conversions, with it’s awesome tin ceiling and futon-style bed that creates a whole different layout than most vans. The build out wasn’t expensive, and they used lots of reclaimed items or cheap lumber from Home Depot to create a stellar home on wheels.

Make sure to watch the full video tour at the end of the post! Thank you to Tiny Home Tours.

Six months ago, Shannon hit the road in her professionally-converted Promaster with her dog, Gracie. As an interior designer, Shannon was able to use all the latest technologies to create a 3D digital version of her dream build. She then passed it over to a professional van company who made all her dreams come true.

But what’s great is that she used her experience in interior design and in designing her own van to get a job with another professional van conversion company as their designer! So now she has work on the road and gets to help others enjoy her lifestyle. Enjoy the full tour of her van with Tiny Home Tours below.

Sheridan started his career as an electrician, and still considers himself an “electrical nerd.” But after years of that profession, he jumped ship and turned to photography and travel writing. He had been traveling the world for a couple of years when COVID stopped him in his tracks and forced him to re-evaluate things.

Eventually, he settled on van life and used his electrical skills to create an amazing 4-season electrical set-up. His van includes a shower and toilet, as well as a nice kitchen and a walled-off cab. It’s still a work-in-progress, but it looks pretty amazing!

Be sure to watch the Tiny Home Tours interview with Sheridan below to see all the awesome details of his van home.

Corey & Shauna have been a couple since they were 15-year-olds in Wisconsin. They’d spent a lot of time in Nashville, when they got job offers to move them to Oregon. The thought of moving all their stuff stressed them out, and before they knew it Google had led them to #vanlife.

That said, they purchased the van just before COVID hit, leaving them suddenly jobless after selling most of their possessions and subletting their Nashville apartment. So they went back home, built out their van, and then hit the road despite the “gasoline” poured over their previous plans.

The result is a lovely Promaster conversion, and Shauna said van life has helped her face and conquer many fears she didn’t even realize were controlling her life. Watch the full tour with Tiny Home Tours below.

Sarah learned about #vanlife and wanted to jump right in, but Brandon thought she was crazy when he saw the rusty old van she wanted to purchase. Good news for Sarah, he did some research into van living and found there were other options, so we she came with her PowerPoint about why they should go tiny, he agreed immediately!

And before they knew it, their lease was up and they were done with rent payments, sleeping on the floor of their empty Promaster while making it home.

What a lovely home it is! They have a fantastic kitchen for all their home cooking, a handy swivel seat and even a hanging closet. Enjoy the Tiny Home Tours video below. You can follow the couple on Instagram.

Ethan and Katelynn moved four times as they downsized to get ready for #vanlife, and believe it or not everything they own fits inside this van (no storage units)! All of their clothing fits into just three drawers.

Their van conversion features a large kitchen with maple counter tops and a Dometic oven/range for all their plant-based cooking. But the coolest feature of their van is the coffee roaster in the garage! Katelynn roasts coffee and sells it, and manages to do it all from their van.

Yes, there’s a bathroom! The wet bath with an on-demand hot water heater let’s them swap off days to take a shower. Enjoy the video tour from Tiny Home Tours below, and follow the couple on Instagram here.

Brandon, Sarah, and their two adorable dogs are living the #vanlife, travelling the East Coast in their 159 EXT Promaster Camper Van. The 2019 model has been decked out to meet all their needs — including a hidden toilet/bed step!

They ended up choosing a wet bar and larger refrigerator over a shower, somewhat on accident, but they don’t regret the choice. All four of them can sleep comfortably in the regular queen-sized bed, and I’m impressed with how “empty” their cabinets/drawers look for living in such a tiny space! They have really pared down to the necessities.

Tiny Home Tours met up with the couple and got a great video tour of their home, so be sure to check that out! Follow the couple on Instagram here.

This is Meg and Aaron’s incredible Promaster Van conversion that seems to fit everything into its tiny space! Not only do they have a bathroom (shower & composting toilet); they also included a chef’s kitchen (Meg is Superyacht Chef) and a rooftop deck for yoga, relaxing and sunset cuddles.

The two spent 2.5 months stripping their van and making it into their travelling house. It runs on solar power and propane, and has a huge garage space to fit all their toys. Tiny House Giant Journey did a fantastic video tour with the couple which you can watch below.
