This is a 5 Mars RV Dodge Caravan Camper Van Conversion. This model is called the Illusion. From the outside, it almost looks like an ordinary Dodge Caravan Minivan.
When you go inside, though, you’ll find a kitchenette, storage, and a dining table that converts into a bed. The van also features a pop-up roof so you can comfortably stand up while inside or use it as a cozy and vented sleeping loft when camping. Check it out!

This was a contribution from one of our visitors. Thanks, Gary! He built his own mini camper. Here are the details that he sent me. It was a 4 x 8 Harbor Freight trailer that was extended to 5 x 8.
The walls are 2 x 2 with Styrofoam insulation. The roof is flat rubber. He added an RV door, windows, and a vent on the roof. Inside there are two bunks and a port-a-potty. It is a perfect simplified mini camper.

This is a miniature RV, a “mini travel trailer”, that I saw at the 2010 Fort Myers Florida RV Show.
It was priced at $6,495. It’s a lot and is said to weigh just 1,400 pounds so it’s towable with many vehicles. I’m pretty sure minivans will be able to tow it, which is great.
Easy to tow and it’s a step up from a teardrop trailer in terms of size since you can stand up inside and all of that.
Anyway, take a look see for yourself and let me know what you think in the comments, please!
