This is the “Azure” Lumbec Coach House Kit, a new 3-D design of a “small house” I’d love to live in.

The home is great for anyone who doesn’t like lofts and would like the 640 sq. ft. of living space. Because it’s a kit you get all the “pieces” and can still DIY the build, which is pretty cool! See everything it includes below.

This tiny house is built on a short 16-foot trailer but it feels surprisingly spacious inside with a huge galley kitchen on the main floor and a queen sized bed in the upstairs loft.

Lumbec built this tiny home, La Nautique, as their first tiny house prototype.  They added extra square footage to the home by building out onto the triangular space at the front of the trailer, which created some “bonus” space for a cozy living room/dining room area.

Lumbec is a tiny house builder in Gatineau, Quebec that I’m showing you here today. They’ve recently launched their new Tiny House Lumbec website along with a 3D rendition prototype of their tiny house on wheels.

You’ll also get to see a reclaimed tiny barn cabin that they built out of reclaimed materials a couple of years ago. It isn’t completely finished inside, but you can definitely see the tiny house living potential here.

According to their about page, they will be building out their new tiny house on wheels design over the next two months while sharing the process. Please enjoy and if you want to help spread the word about this builder re-share these Lumbec Tiny Houses below. Thank you!
