Space-saving, hinged ladders to the lofts in this German tiny house

Berghaus builds amazing tiny homes in Germany for sale all over Europe. They have basic layouts available which you can then customize in terms of finishes/colors. Each home uses natural and sustainable building materials to give you a beautiful home on wheels.

Below you’ll see pictures of their “Magdalena” model, which features double lofts you can access via flip-down ladders (that retract with just a finger’s worth of effort!). Tiny House that’s Flexible and Versatile: Roll It

This unique tiny house is not just compact.

It makes use of the small amount of space by being completely versatile.

It’s shaped like a cylinder and literally rolls from the inside.

Roll it 180 degrees and the desk becomes a bed.

The mattress is held in place thanks to Velcro while pillows, blankets, clothing and linens are stored underneath.

Turn the kitchen and it transforms into a bathroom.

The bathroom does include a sink and toilet. The kitchenette has a stove.
