One of our readers, Karen Rogers, submitted photos of her 400 sq. ft. garden cottage. Karen and her husband are collectors and grandparents who love displaying antiques and their grandson’s artwork around their home.

Let’s take a look inside this cozy little garden cottage. As you walk up the steps you enter a covered porch, which is perfect for afternoon tea time. Once inside, you are in the living room that has all kinds of collectibles around.

As you make your way through the living room you enter the spacious kitchen which features full size appliances. I bet there’s some great home cooking that goes on in here! The bathroom looks to be just beyond the kitchen.

Going back out of the kitchen you’ll see there is a small tucked away staircase off to the right side that looks to go up to a sleeping loft. Please enjoy and re-share below. Thank you!

This is a 258 sq. ft. tiny river cabin uniquely designed by Marion Tepp and her husband and originally shared on Small House Bliss.

The spacious outdoor deck allows for living and dining outside when the weather is nice. How amazing to get to have your own waterfront dining anytime, right?

When you go inside the cabin you’ll notice an open living room with a wood burning fireplace and at the other end is your small kitchenette and half bathroom with a composting toilet. Look up from the living area and there’s your rather spacious sleeping loft space thanks to the two dormers. Please enjoy and re-share below.

Here’s a 861 sq. ft. Mediterranean garden cottage. This cute small cottage has a beautiful garden terrace with large French doors and plenty of windows.

The home consists of one large room that combines the living, dining and kitchen. There is one bathroom that’s next to the stairs.

Up the stairs is the open sleeping loft. I like how you can see the whole house from up there.

But don’t you think there is plenty of space for either a bigger loft or two lofts?

Please enjoy and share below.

Nestled in the woods this tiny garden cottage is rare in style and design. There is a glass wall on one side of the cottage that is covered with wooden shutters.

During the day these shutters can be opened allowing the beautiful warm sunlight to come inside and then be closed at night for privacy.

The tiny garden cottage was done by architects from Zecc and teamed up with the interior designer, Roel van Norel. Together they made this small space very functional to live in full time.

All the natural sunlight and wood details give this home a cozy feel. About two-thirds of the garden cottage is the living/dining area and kitchen.

Check out all the photos and enjoy!
