This is a Renovated 1970 Aristocrat Land Commander was for sale by owner in Portland, Oregon back in 2017.

Although it still needs some sprucing up on the outside, the interior is all new! I love a good camper conversion, and this one fits the bill. It’s small and compact, with a kitchenette, bed/couch and little seating area. Get all the details on the last page.

This is the BunKaboose by EcoCabins in Colorado.

The BunKaboose, designed by David Papen and Darin Zaruba from EcoCabins, was first envisioned as a cross between a caboose rail car and a rustic bunkhouse. A uniquely original tiny house with rugged style, classic appointments, and superior quality craftsmanship, the 20’ model with a 4’ deck is now available and the 24’ model with a 4’ deck will be released soon. This home features a quaint rustic metal deep soak bathtub, two lofts, an electric fireplace, and ‘beetle kill pine’ interior walls, trim, and floors.

Concord (CA) High School students have completed the Construction Tech Program’s first Tiny House on Wheels.

With the help of our community partners Ashby Lumber, West Coast Windows and Doors, and Tumbleweed our goal is to make the program self-sustaining.

The class was able to learn all aspects of residential construction and the THOW was our culminating project.

The design is based on the Tumbleweed Cypress Equator 20′.

Interested in living life on the sea? How about purchasing this tiny yacht that’s for sale!

It’s been recently remodeled, and right now it’s moored in Shelter Island Marina, in Richmond BC, and is 34 feet long. Take it away or stay in BC:

There is a waiting list for an available slip at Shelter Island BUT because the boat is already moored there, the new owner would bypass the waiting list and only have to apply to the marina office.

Moorage is charged according to length of the boat, this one runs around $500 a month. Liveaboard is more expensive but if you pay your moorage a year at a time it is much cheaper, probably $450. Each slip has a power hookup and separate breaker box and meter. Cable TV and Internet is available but up to the individual to hook it up themselves. There is a pump station for emptying the black water.
Dogs and cats are welcome.
