It’s the Oaks tiny house community, part of Escape Tampa Bay Village in Florida. It’s adjacent but separate from the original village and it’s now under construction.

This is a video of my visit to the Escape Tiny House Community near Tampa, Florida in a place called Thonotosassa, Florida. It’s a short distance to Tampa and easily accessible from highway I-75. I was able to explore the property and tour most of the tiny homes for you.
There are ten lots built-out with brand-new tiny houses from Escape on each. There’s also a community center, and one of my favorite parts, one of the lots is offered with a little Thoreau-like micro cabin built from Escape. It’s one of their Escape Space Classic units.
