This 400 sq. ft. Modern Prefab Cabin is called Studio37 and it’s a design by Small Modern Living. Since it’s prefabricated most of the parts are built off-site and then delivered and assembled on site.

It’s a one-level floor plan so if you don’t like sleeping lofts or staircases, this is a good design for you. Inside the cabin, you’ll see a living area, dining, kitchen, large bathroom, large closet, and bedroom that doubles as an office thanks to a murphy bed. Pretty cool, right? This small home also offers a pretty nice front porch, too. Please enjoy this 400 sq. ft. cabin and re-share it below. Thanks!

If you’ve been looking for a tiny house with slide outs this is it. It’s a custom build by Tiny Idahomes on a 34′ gooseneck trailer. And it features slide outs just like many RVs and travel trailers that you see on the road.

So once this tiny house is parked, you can expand the space using the slide outs. Hopefully in the future, we’ll get to see more THOWs (Tiny Homes on Wheels) being built like this. And maybe someone will even show us how to do it ourselves. For now, Tiny Idahomes is obviously a Tiny House Builder that can make it happen. Please enjoy this amazing 34′ tiny house on wheels with slide outs below and re-share it with your friends below. Thanks!

I wanted to let you know that my friend Mariah of Comet Camper is hosting a Tiny Transition Downsizing e-course that you’re invited to take part in.

So if you’re thinking about moving into a tiny house, studio, RV, or any other small space you might want to consider this course.

The course is based on Mariah’s experience in downsizing as well as helping her students downsize too.

It’s based on common challenges you might experience and the course leaves you with methods that help you figure everything out faster.

You’ll also be in a supportive environment since there are others who will be taking the course too that you can share your experiences with (and listen in on, too).

This tiny one bedroom apartment for sale in the West Village area of New York City is a dreamy small space for anyone who desires to live in the big apple.

Inside you’ll find tons of built in furniture with plenty of storage along with oak floors, a beautiful courtyard, and an equally amazing location.

As I write this, this tiny apartment is actually for sale with an asking price of $625,000. And believe it or not, that might actually be a good deal in that area. Crazy, isn’t it?

Sarah Hasting’s is a senior at Mount Holyoke College and she’s building tiny house on wheels using a 5th wheel trailer on a parking lot at school. That’s why I call it a 5th wheel tiny house.

Sarah is an architecture major and this is part of her senior project. Pretty awesome, isn’t it?

And she decided to build her THOW on a 5th wheel trailer which is known to be more stable when towing.

It’s a 200 sq. ft. tiny house design. Take a look below and learn more at the original article over at MassLive.com.

If you’re seriously into tiny living and learning even more about the tiny house movement and you haven’t already read Dee Williams’ book, The Big Tiny, which is available April 28th, 2015 (but you can pre-order now) on paperback, it’s a great time to get it so we can support Dee’s work.

It’s funny because Dee just let me know about it and wanted me to get the word out to you. And she sent me a picture that I thought you might also enjoy. It’s one of Dee’s copies of the book (with no dust cover) that was devoured by her friend’s dog, Walter. 😀
