Today, we want to show off this stunning 2022 Ram ProMaster conversion from New Life Conversions. This new-to-us builder is a family-run business with two brothers-in-law and a father-in-law! One lived in a van full-time and convinced the others to leave their day jobs to build high-end custom vans.
The men plan to expand into building work vans for businesses and overland vans for hunting trips. To date, they’ve completed six full builds and partially built over 100 different conversion vans. You can see their latest impressive build below!

Molly lives on her father’s land in Tasmania in a gorgeous tiny house on wheels that she had built to meet all her needs — and many of her wants! Even at $91,000 USD, her luxury tiny house was far more affordable than any real estate in the area, and this house has everything she wanted — including $4,000 taps for her soaking tub!
The house has a main loft bedroom with a skylight that offers moonlit views, as well as a secondary loft that acts as an office and library, but could grow with her family if she ever has children. There is something quietly moving about a building that refuses to be forgotten. This 650-square-foot cottage in Woodstock, New York, started life as a barn on a Catskills farm, and its hand-hewn beams still carry the marks of the hands that raised them roughly a century ago. Rather than tear it down, the owner reimagined it as a light-filled guest house surrounded by four acres of meadow, woodland, and a birch-lined pond.
The ground floor is one open, airy room that folds a kitchenette, a seating area, and a dining table into a single flowing space. A sturdy staircase leads to the entire second story, another single room painted a soft, creamy white, where a vintage iron daybed and a king-sized bed sit beneath double windows framing the fields beyond. Outside, a private stone patio, a hidden deck, and a hammock strung between two maples invite you to slow down and soak in the birdsong.
A Barn That Became a Cottage
This is the kind of adaptive reuse that keeps rural character alive. Instead of new lumber and drywall, the home leans on what was already here: weathered barn boards, exposed timber framing, and a footprint that feels rooted in the land. The white exterior and generous windows soften the old agricultural bones into something that reads as a proper country retreat.

Erica and Steve purchased a 24-foot tiny house that was already built and set up at the Orlando Lakefront tiny house community. They wanted to simplify their lives and escape the debt from their previous large home. Going tiny has nearly paid for itself and given them financial freedom.
They appreciate being part of a community where they know their neighbors. The house meets all their needs: a king-sized bed in the loft bedroom, a living room that doubles as a work-from-home office, and a full kitchen for home-cooked meals.

Madilyn struggled with van life when she started. She missed her boyfriend, her family, her friends — and she had severe driving anxiety! But with frequent exposure and monthly trips back home, Madilyn has overcome the worst and successfully lived on the road for a year.
Her 32-square-foot camper van is her second rig. The first was an RV she renovated before realizing it was more than she wanted. She found this mostly converted campervan on Facebook Marketplace for $15K and then upgraded the kitchen and added some excellent shelving for $1K to make it work for her needs.
