This is the 264 sq. ft. Intel Smart Tiny House on wheels in San Francisco.
In collaboration with Intel, designer Kyle Schuneman used Brian Levy’s Minim Home design plans to have the high tech tiny house built.
Intel’s Internet of Things Platform (IoT Platform) lets you change the thermostat, unlock the door, adjust the lighting, and even detect leaks from your smart phone.

This is Dan & Brittany’s off-grid tiny house on wheels. They call it the Lucky House.
Instead of renting an apartment, they decided to build their own tiny house instead!
The design is by Laird Herbert of Leaf House which is where the couple bought the plans to build the tiny home. It’s built to be off-grid, ready for cold climate, and is already set up with solar power and deep cycle batteries.

This is a 376 sq. ft. modern brick tiny home built on a hill in Alassio, Italy. This design/build is called Three Levels by Studioata.
When you go inside, you’ll find a unique layout with a living area, built-in floor storage, kitchen cabinets built right onto the floor, overhead sleeping area, and a bathroom behind the bed. This historic modern apartment renovation in Turin, Italy that originally dates all the way back to ‘800.
It’s just steps away from the Piazza Castello city square. When you go inside, you’ll find a floating staircase, loft with a desk that overlooks the living area, a modern kitchen, and bathroom.

This is a 400 sq. ft. Walden Tiny House by Hobbitat Spaces. They sell the plans you can purchase and download to build it yourself or have a contractor do it for you.
One of the few Hobs with 2 exterior doors which gives you a direct access to the porch and patio out back. The generous loft provides space for extra sleeping or a home office. The queen sized bump out can be used for sleeping or extra space downstairs if you sleep in the loft. The bath is beautiful with a sink bump out and a comfortable 3’x3′ shower. A 3/4 kitchen with an island bridges the space next to the living area. High windows in the front provide wonderful light and ventilation. A warm and cozy feel is all yours. This Hob is a comfortable 400 sqft.

This is the story of how a man, his wife, and two sons creatively lived in a 400 sq. ft. studio apartment in San Francisco for some time to save on commuting and monthly rent early in their lives.
Between July 2011 and August 2015 I lived in a ~400sqft studio apartment in San Francisco. I moved in a bachelor but by the time I moved out, I was one member of a four person family. Here are some things I learned along the way.

This is the inspiring story of how a man, Reverend Jeff Obafemi Carr, is leading a small group of people who are building a community of micro homes called Infinity Village for homeless people in their neighborhood who were formerly living in tents.
For days, the group worked in a remote green space just off of Rosa Parks Boulevard, erecting tiny houses. On Friday morning they traveled by trailer down Broadway and by lunchtime a village of small, stand-alone structures assumed permanent residence at Green Street Church of Christ ready to shelter Nashville’s homeless.
