Just when I think we’ve seen everything when it comes to tiny homes, TruForm Tiny comes out with this awesome Cascade Mini that features a loft laundry room. So cool! The queen-sized bed is underneath that loft and makes for a snug-as-a-bug sleeping arrangement that doesn’t require ladders or stairs.

Another amazing feature of this tiny house is the screened-in porch on the front, which gives you an incredible spot to enjoy a cup of coffee! Want a change of scenery? Climb up the spiral staircase at the back of the house and enjoy the rooftop deck! And yes, the rest of the house includes a cozy living room with an electric fireplace, a full-sized kitchen with a movable island, and a full bathroom with a shower stall, soaking tub, and composting toilet. What do you think of this incredible design?

Rachel loved backpacking internationally with her sister and eventually moved to Brazil where she fell in love and got married. The relationship ended suddenly, leaving her to build a new life with her dog. For a year, she lived out of her car but eventually upgraded to her current truck.

Her first inexpensive truck camper got destroyed in a storm in Mexico, and her upgrade from that was good for another 3 months, but this Back Country truck camper from OEV was her dream camper — and she’s loving it! It easily pops up with the aid of gas struts and provides her with a full-sized bed, a comfortable workspace for her marketing and content-creating gigs, and a compact kitchen that lets her stay off the grid for a week or two at a time. What do you think?

This 32′ tiny home was custom-built for clients by Decathlon Tiny Houses about a year ago, but the current owners had a major life change that’s preventing them from keeping it anymore. It’s nearly new and ready to go now — and it has a private first-floor bedroom, in addition to a loft bedroom.

There’s a galley kitchen with all the appliances, and the large bathroom in the middle of the THOW has a full bath and tiled shower area. They replaced the incinerating toilet it had originally with a standard flush toilet. The home is on sale for $99K, and you can buy it from the owner in Billings, Montana.

Take a look at this 274-square-foot tiny house that’s for sale in Motley, Minnesota. By far, the most notable feature of this tiny house is the balcony, which you access via a door in the loft bedroom. Not only does it act as a necessary fire exit, but it provides you with a lovely spot for stargazing or sipping a morning cup of coffee.

Inside you’ll find a pretty standard THOW layout, with a living room at one end and the kitchen and bathroom on the other end. The sturdy steps that lead up to the loft hide a number of storage compartments, many of which feature slide-out shelves that make it so much easier to see what you have stored. The bathroom includes hook-ups for a washer and dryer unit. You can buy it for $75,000.

Stefan first bought a van for his band to use for traveling to gigs, but when the band broke up, Stefan was already hooked on van life! He started seeing more people living in vehicles and realized a shuttle bus would give him more of the space he wanted, so he upgraded!

Amazingly, he created the home you see below for just $16K. It has a rooftop deck and a decent solar array, and the interior fits his queen-sized bed and an awesome micro studio, so he can make music wherever he is. Like so many other nomadic folks, he turned his would-be bathroom into a closet for more storage.
