The Sparrow is a 288 square foot custom tiny home build, built for one of Tiny Hamptons favorite clients. This gem features butcher block countertops, custom kitchen cabinets, composting toilet, both horizontal and vertical exterior cedar siding, interior pine shiplap siding, outside shower with fold up deck, standing seam metal roofing and a tiny wood stove. 64 sq ft sleeping loft and a 24 sq ft closet loft. The cozy living room boast plenty of space for a fold out couch, ottoman, built in bookcase and tv table.
