Many Ukrainians have had to flee their homes due to the Russian invasion, and while some have left Ukraine altogether, plenty of others have fled to Western Ukraine. And it’s there that the Polish government has funded a “tiny house village” of prefab structures.

While most of the structures will only be used as temporary housing, plenty of the fleeing Ukrainians have lost their homes and will need permanent housing solutions. Perhaps in brighter days these cubes can be separated and reused on their own little lots.
