I don’t meet many other “Natalies” so I was thrilled when this Natalie contacted us with pictures of her Tiny Studio in a Camper Trailer.
Natalie Kay owns “Off the Beaten Press,” a business selling her prints and artwork, from this adorable little space. She told us this small space helps her stay financially unburdened. Good for her! If you want, you can shop at her online store, read her blog (with details about the tiny studio) or have her design something special for you.
This is a 312 sq. ft. modern prefab tiny studio designed by a Barcelona-based company called NOEM. It’s called the Studio GO and it runs from 100% solar power.
The cabin is made up of two prefabricated modules that are relatively easy to move so it can be transported and reassembled anywhere and set up in the same or even a different configuration. So although it’s not on wheels, it’s still mobile.
When you go inside you’ll notice light-toned wood throughout the living area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. There is also an outdoor wood deck with a pergola.
Please enjoy, learn more and re-share below. Thank you!
For Alex Kennedy, this tiny studio in her mother’s backyard garage is perfect for her needs. Plus she is able to have her own home without paying expensive property taxes somewhere else in Melbourne, Australia. Converting this old two-car garage in her childhood home back yard makes this space even more special. And how much better can it get living next to the family?
With the help of designer Sarah Trotter of HEARTH Studio, she was able to turn this garage into what you see below a functional yet cozy cottage for herself to call home. Large glass French doors open up to the garden giving Alex a beautiful view all the time. Almost all materials that went into redesigning and converting this garage into a livable tiny home were salvaged materials.
You probably already know Dan Louche who’s designed and built several tiny houses by now. If you’re not too fond of ladders and lofts, I think you’ll appreciate this one. Update: Sold.
Today I’m showing you his latest. It’s a 160 sq. ft. studio tiny house and it’s available for sale right now as I write this.
It’s 20′ long and approximately 8’6″ wide. Inside you’ll find a full kitchen, pull out mattress, full bathroom, and more.
If you’ve been looking for a ready to move into tiny home that you can live in full time, this might be it. Either way, I’d love to read your thoughts on it in the comments below and whether or not you’d live simply in this model full time (I would).
