This is a park model tiny house with a huge couch! Park models are built on larger trailers so you get more space to work with but they’re not designed to be moved around frequently because of their size and weight. Because of that, you need a special permit to tow it and normally you would hire a professional to do it for you.

So this tiny house on wheels has a whopping 456-square-feet of space inside! The extra width of the trailer is what allows you to have such a huge l-shaped couch int he living area. That’s why park models can be great! They also usually have full-size kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms which makes it pretty easy to adjust to if you’re downsizing from an apartment, condo, or single family home.

According to the listing, this unit was built in 2017 and is available out of Ronkonkoma, New York for $59,999. To explore more awesome tiny homes like this, join our Tiny House Newsletter. It’s free and you’ll be glad you did! We even give you free downloadable tiny house plans just for joining!

This is the Cyjé Tiny House by Ty Rodou, a French tiny home builder. The exterior features a side entry, a rectangular window, a barn-style curved roof, and you might immediately notice the bump-out in one of the lofts. That’s a great idea to give yourself a little extra space on a tiny house build, isn’t it?

The inside features two lofts, one of which is built pretty low to the ground so you can theoretically stand up in it and use the area underneath it for storage. What do you think about this tiny house design?

This is an affordable $22k gooseneck tiny house listed for sale out of Phoenix, Arizona. It was built in 2018 on a 27-foot trailer. What do you think?

According to the listing, there’s approximately 130-square-feet is on the main level plus a 64-square-feet sleeping loft and an 18-square-foot storage loft. Looks like more space than that in the photos, don’t you think? The “storage loft” seems big enough to be a sleeping loft. Take a look and let us know what you think in the comments, please! Anyway, I love gooseneck tiny homes because you can usually stand up in the main sleeping loft. See that area over the hitch of the tiny house? That’s the area I’m talking about.
