We recently built this tiny cottage with help from family and friends in Saint-Andre- Avellin, Quebec, Canada for 11k. We were lucky to have a neighbor mill all the exterior wood from our very own trees! The interior is not quite finished but we are getting there.
We plan to remain off-grid and install solar in the coming year as well as build a well. We have about 60 acres of land, and are planning to build more tiny cottages.

This 140 sq. ft. tiny cabin with land for sale is on 2.48 acres in upstate New York in the town of Rochester.
The cabin is wired for electric and there is 60 amp electric service on the property that used to be hooked up to an old trailer.
According to the listing this property has been listed for 232 days at the time that I’m writing to you.
I can just imagine getting to enjoy the simple life in this little cabin and property near the Appalachian Mountains. How about you?

DIY Tiny House Builder Looking for Space to Park & Dwell – Share Your Tiny Living Story Too!
Hi Alex and Tiny House Newsletter readers, I have been a fan of Tiny House Talk for almost a year now and I really appreciate you bringing the tiny house community together like you have.
I started building my tiny house in January and it will be livable by this December. My fiancee and I are Senior college students at Messiah College in Mechanicsburg, PA and we will be getting married on January 2.
We would like to live in our tiny house for our last semester of college in the spring but are having trouble finding a place to put our tiny house to live in from January to May. After we graduate in May we can really go anywhere but would like to look in Maryland, particularly around the Baltimore/DC area because that is where our family is.
