This simple design does not have a bathroom or running water, making it an accessory unit that pairs with one of the larger tiny house lots in the community. The cabin features oversized windows throughout, air conditioning, and a wall-mounted TV. Inside, a desk and kitchenette provide workspace and basic amenities. The Escape Space Classic can also be ordered separately for delivery as a backyard retreat or home office.
The ESCAPE Boho XL Wide is a one-level tiny house on wheels featuring a walk-around bed on the main floor. This unit was located on Lot #1 at the ESCAPE Tampa Bay Tiny House Village in Thonotosassa, Florida. The design eliminates the need to climb to a sleeping loft, making it accessible for residents of all ages and mobility levels.
The ESCAPE ONE XL Wide is a modern tiny house on wheels featuring dual sleeping lofts connected by a catwalk. This unit with black metal siding was located on Lot #10 at the ESCAPE Tampa Bay Tiny House Village in Thonotosassa, Florida. The design maximizes vertical space while creating an open, contemporary living environment with abundant natural light.

My Name is Jarid, I am 30 yrs old. I live in Odessa, FL and work as a residential contractor(home builder).
I started this project in November 2017, and have moved in as of September 2018. This is the third tiny home I’ve built. It is currently parked on my parents land, which is a 5 acre parcel on a lake(hard to move away from).
