This is an affordable $22k gooseneck tiny house listed for sale out of Phoenix, Arizona. It was built in 2018 on a 27-foot trailer. What do you think?

According to the listing, there’s approximately 130-square-feet is on the main level plus a 64-square-feet sleeping loft and an 18-square-foot storage loft. Looks like more space than that in the photos, don’t you think? The “storage loft” seems big enough to be a sleeping loft. Take a look and let us know what you think in the comments, please! Anyway, I love gooseneck tiny homes because you can usually stand up in the main sleeping loft. See that area over the hitch of the tiny house? That’s the area I’m talking about.

This is a stealthy cargo trailer tiny house conversion that’s very ‘sneaky’ because it looks like a lawn care cargo trailer from the outside.

But once you open up the doors, you know it’s not what it looks like from the outside anymore! Step inside, and you’ll find yourself in a cozy little camper.

This unit is for sale out of Globe, Arizona, with an asking price of $8,500. It’s a 20ft trailer. The trailer was actually purchased from a lawn care company and they left the decals on to keep it stealthy! What do you think?

Guest Post 2013 6 x 12 Cargo Trailer Camper/bug out/suite build – By B. Winger

At first, we wanted a vintage canned ham trailer, but most needed too much rebuilding, then we thought about building a teardrop, but after seeing cargo trailer conversions we were sold!

We started out with a 6X 12’ cargo trailer that we bought for $1200, brought it home took out the thin plywood it had on the interior, and started from there.

Our budget was $2000, and since $1200 was used for the purchase of the cargo trailer we had $800 leftover for the actual camper build and thought we wouldn’t be able to get much accomplished, but to our surprise, we were able to do it all, as we wanted… By the way, the tags are permanent and registration title and tags were only $15…
