This is the 2020 Roost12 from Perch & Nest. It’s a 1973 camper that has been refurbished into a modernized 12-ft. tiny house RV.

The original floor plan is still in play with the dinette that turns into a twin sofa bed, kitchenette, and bathroom with a dry flush toilet. The renovation includes IKEA cabinets, rooftop AC unit, custom-made pole & rope awning, refurbished vintage LP range, and more. What do you think? Have you ever considered a vintage trailer?

This is the Vintage Glamper at the farm at Perch and Nest. It’s an Airstream to tiny house conversion that’s was once an Airbnb vacation rental (now sold). So if you happen to be interested in it, you can book a vacation in it, try it out, and then buy it if you like it. That’s pretty cool!

This is not your budget travel trailer to tiny house conversion, it’s a high-end, quality Airstream conversion that was for sale with an asking price of $67,000 USD. It started out as a 29-foot Airstream Ambassador but it was completely stripped down and renovated by the previous owners out of California. The current owners bought it from them, picked it up, and towed it back home cross country. It’s said to weigh approximately 7000 pounds. Anyway, take a look and please let us know your thoughts in the comments below. Thanks!

This is the Old World Vermont, another wonderful tiny house creation by Perch & Nest.

The home was custom-built for the buyers who designed the whole thing. It’s 24 ft. long and has 300 sq. ft. of loft and ground-floor space. I’m enamored with the folding porch, but my favorite part of the house is definitely the classy bathroom. Enjoy the pictures below!

This is the Peponi, a tiny house on wheels with beautiful rustic cedar exterior built by Perch & Nest in North Carolina.

Two-color French doors lead into living space that fills with oodles of natural light because of the many large windows. The THOW has two lofts, one accessible via ladder and the other with a staircase filled with open and closed storage compartments. The house has a washer/dryer unit, Nature’s Head composting toilet and a very nifty green glass bowl sink.
