This is a beautiful tiny coastal cottage in Canada you can rent on Airbnb for around $140/night.
Outside, you’ll notice a simple 600 square foot cottage encased in pine shakes and a metal roof. A gravel driveway leads up to the home’s small porch and sharp black door.
When you go inside, you’ll find an open-floor plan, with kitchen and living area in one room. The cream walls contrast with the grey accents in the counter top, rug, and couch. You’ll also find a flat-screen TV and WiFi for all your entertainment needs, as well as large pieces of artwork that add a pop of color to the soothing pallet. Step into the bedroom and find a large, spacious place to relax. The bathroom has a great tile and glass shower, as well as a beautiful vanity.

This is an eco friendly prefab timber frame house kit by Noble Homes. They sell efficient kit homes with customizable floor plans.
All the materials are easy to handle, including the lightweight SIP‘s for the walls and roof. Everything you need for the exterior of the home is contained in the kit which makes it easier to build.
Although this house is not as tiny as it looks it still has a relatively small footprint but it does boast about 1280 sq. ft. of space on single level floor plan with three bedrooms so it’s great for a family! I really like the open kitchen and living area with its large glass windows. The exposed timber beams in the living area plus the windows give the home a warm cozy feel to it too, don’t you think? Built around a big beautiful Magnolia tree is this 650 sq. ft. modern cottage. Designed by, Lanefab Design/Build, this backyard cottage is L-shaped with a detached garage that helps create a private courtyard around the centerpiece tree.
