Just wait to meet one of the sweetest tiny house couples Tiny Home Tours has interviewed. Janae and Blaine designed and built their amazing THOW and have been living it since they got married back in 2019. It’s entirely off-grid, as well, and they have three adorable kittens.
But they don’t just live tiny — they design and build tiny homes as well with their business, “Cornerstone Tiny Homes” in Oklahoma. Once you see their THOW, you’ll want one designed by them for sure. This one has a elevator bed, tons of storage, a stacked washer and dryer, and more counter space than many apartments.
Jennifer was living with her two teenage sons when she first saw tiny homes on TV. She really wanted one of her own, but wanted to wait until the boys were off to college to get started. So she made a 5-year plan and three months ago moved into her adorable THOW called “The Hairy Respite.”
She lives in her house, custom-designed by Uncharted Tiny Homes in Arizona, with her three dogs. Every part of her home was thoughtfully planned out, from her large living area with a comfy daybed, to her downstairs bedroom with 8 feet of closet space, to her bathroom with a single unit washer and dryer and a doggie door.

It was a custom build designed to the new owner’s personal taste. The home features the very popular and stylish white-on-dark-wood color scheme that makes the space feel warm and rustic while also appearing open and glamorous. The kitchen has my favorite fridge, a retro Smeg, and the bathroom includes glass shower doors and clean, chic subway tiles.

Their 224 sq. ft. home is now a marvel to see and features a main room, kitchen with plenty of counter space (which includes an espresso bar) and floating stairs that bring you up to their loft bedroom. The home also features a bathroom with a full walk-in shower and a washer/dryer combo unit. Nice, right? Well, wait until you see it!
The exterior has a portable deck and storage area to keep the items that can’t fit into their tiny living quarters safe. One of my favorite parts is the outdoor bar area, which sits 6-8 people! The bar was designed to be folded down during transit and is really a great focal point, not to mention amazing for entertaining.
Even though the tiny home seems like it’s completely finished, the couple stresses that they still have some modifications and additions to make. Whether complete or not, this tiny house on wheels is pretty spectacular. Please enjoy and re-share below. Thank you.
