It’s designed so you can also use it as a toy hauler but what I like about it is that it doesn’t really look like a tiny house because it’s built like a cargo trailer. What I love about cargo trailer tiny homes is that they can be stealthy! This tiny was listed for sale over at Tiny Home Builders for $25,000 out of Salt Lake City, Utah. Enjoy!
This is one man’s DIY stealth cargo trailer tiny house.
I set out to create the perfect stealth living environment. My plan included a relatively large cargo trailer as a starting point because after it’s purchase, I wouldn’t be able to change things if I found it to be too small. I drew up a few sets of plans but settled on a step by step approach because the whole project could be slightly overwhelming.

This Cargo Trailer Converted to Homey, Cozy, Off-Grid RV is a guest post by Elizabeth Kelch
One trend in the tiny living movement is converted cargo trailers. The advantages to this are;
they’re lighter weight,
more easily mobile,
and can often be used for free by ‘stealth camping’.
I recently got the guts to take the leap and I bought a 7×12 insulated cargo trailer and converted it to an off-grid micro RV. My tiny RV is designed for one person, maybe a couple, because I wanted to keep it very simple and lightweight but there’s no reason I couldn’t apply the same principles to an 8×20 trailer.
