Remember my previous post about Cabin Fever’s tiny prefab houses?
I just wanted to note that they’re having a clearance on their 16 by 20 Maxwell cottage package. It’s normally $32,500 but they’ve taken $10,000 off so it’s $22,500 now.
This model features a curved beam roof. It’s 320 square feet with interior height as high as 10 feet at the peak.
Package comes with plans, materials and hardware.
