Brother and Sister Building 150 Sq. Ft. Lil’Lodge Tiny House

This is the 150 sq. ft. Lil’Lodge tiny house on wheels.

Tracey Powell plans to use it as a 2nd home for about 50 weeks out of the year.

A brother-sister design-build team gives a whole new meaning to DIY in this luxury Tiny House project.

The project focused on principles of: Safety, Sustainability, Durability, Functionality and Technology. Tracey Powell is a long-time associate member of Boston Society of Architects and her brother Trever Powell is a commercial electrician.
