I own a beautiful “tiny” cabin, about 600 sq. ft. that is located about 3200 feet above sea level on Phoenix mountain in Warrensville, NC. We’re located on the North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee border about 10 minutes from downtown West Jefferson and 25 minutes from Boone and Blowing Rock.
It started as a small, one room hunting cabin and the person that purchased it before us added a downstairs bedroom and bathroom and a loft. Our water supply is a fresh water spring with a 1400 gallon reserve.
We purchased it for our own private vacation home 8 years ago, but decided to start renting it out about 7 years ago and it has been wildly popular! We book it almost every single day!
The cabin has beautiful mountain and pond views off the deck and is a 3 minute walk to The New River. We are 10 to 45 minutes from all of the local attractions, restaurants, ski slopes, art galleries, shopping, Blueridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, App. State, Boone, Blowing Rock and much, much more!
