Braden downsized from a 1000-square-foot home into this amazing 400-square-foot park model at Village Farm in Austin. He’s really hoping that the tiny house movement will result in smaller homes and taller trees!

His tiny house has an awesome layout, with a compact, but functional, ground-floor bedroom with plenty of closet space. What do you think of this tiny space?

Here’s a beautiful 432 sq. ft. log cabin that started as an Amish-built frame and was built out by the folks at Square Nail Rustics in Hartford, NY. It comes fully furnished and ready to take just about anywhere (as long as your town allows, of course).

The cabin has a lovely front desk with a beautiful porch swing. When you walk in, you’ll find yourself in the living room with beautiful vaulted ceilings. There’s a full kitchen with all new appliances and a bathroom just before the ground floor primary bedroom. What do you think?

This is a Dazzling Texas Park Home with a downstairs bedroom that makes a great option for folks wanting to downsize, but not ready for the 150-square-foot lifestyle that many THOWs require.

The folks at YouTube’s Tiny Home Tours did a great video tour of this model, sold by Buy A Small House in Austin, Texas. I could easily see a couple, small family or folks nearing or entering retirement enjoying a life in this home.
