It’s odd how the kitchen counter comes out to a point in front of the kitchen sink. I don’t understand this choice.
It is odd but may not have really been a choice if they used reclaimed materials to build it… Sometimes, it’s just what was available…
How much is the lot fee? When was it last raised? Always important to consider for any place you sleep that you do not own the land underneath it, mobile home, rv, or tiny home.
Going by the address, it should be in the Florida tiny house community called The Preserve… Their website says lot rent starts $400/mo, which doesn’t include electric and cable/internet/phone services…
Seems they have 7 lots presently available, so can either take over the existing one or set up a new deal with a different lot. Assuming whoever buys it keeps it there and seller offers to pass on their AirBNB setup as well as all the information and contacts with who does the maintenance/cleaning services…
