This is a whimsical style rustic tiny house with 96-sq.-ft. for sale for $10,000 but if you are in the United States or Canada, this little cabin is very far. It’s located in Latvia, Northern Europe. If you live there and want to buy an affordable tiny house or alternative structure, you may be in luck, but most of us will just get to look at it.

Wherever you may be, it still serves as a an example of what can be designed and built within the realm of tiny homes. So take a look, dream a little. Grab a hot cup of coffee or tea and let us know what you think of the little cabin. What would you use it for if it were yours?

Whimsical-Style Rustic Tiny Cabin in Latvia (Northern Europe) Available for $10,000

Listen to Tiny Houses For Sale #1 (Our New Podcast)

Just looking at it is kind of amusing, isn’t it?

And yes! It has my favorite type of doors, which many assume the Dutch invented. It is essentially a split door.

Custom staircase that takes you the quirky loft.

The lines aren’t straight on purpose (promise).

Left-over countertop for used to build out the lighting system here? I think so.

This would be a fun vacation rental in the middle of the woods somewhere, I would think.

A quirky little cabin that can be built affordably. This one is listed for $10,000. It’s so fun to look at, isn’t it?

Kind of made me feel upside down. 🙂 This is real cool. Wish more of the inside was shown. I take it no kitchen or a tiny one? I do like it.

Yes, it’s intended to be very basic, but this is just the 96 Sq Ft base model, as the article indicates they built other units up to 269 Sq Ft, with option to build custom furniture and equip with household appliances.
