Built on a gooseneck trailer, you get that mostly-downstairs bedroom with just three storage steps to take you into your room. With 260 square feet, there’s also a spacious kitchen with an old-fashioned water pump, vintage fridge, and retro propane stove. And of course, I’m all about the wood-burning stove in the living room!

Is the interior ceiling the same piece of metal as the exterior roof, or is there insulation sandwiched between two layers? I would not buy a tiny house without insulation. I do like the homey, western style. Looks comfy.
As far as i can tell by comparing inside and outside pictures there is insulation between the two layers of metal. If there was not, it would not be much fun to be inside it on a really hot day , or a cold one , or hailstorm. I dont think the builder would have skimped on roof insulation , considering all the work that went into the house. But i do love the look and western style of it!
I assume it has some insulation, but I could be wrong. Definitely something to check with with the seller before purchasing!
Love love love it😍!!! I cannot possibly list everything perfect about this one. If I had the money I would jump on this one. I am thinking about selling a couple kids maybe 🤣

This is a pretty little tiny home with a lot of unique design elements. The price is pretty reasonable, too. I hope someone snatches it up quickly : )

Is it insulated between the tin ceiling and roofing and sides and floors?
Unknown, but I seriously doubt it given the price, location, and year it was built… Along with some clues like the single pane windows, door, etc… I suspect it was built like a summer cabin, okay for seasonal use but not meant for full timing…
According to the listing on Tiny House Listing, it’s already sold, though…

Why does the Tiny Western House keep showing as it obviously was sold months ago?
Unknown, could be it is being relisted if the deal fell through or some listings were simply never removed as it was posted on multiple sites.
