We R Tiny Homes is a new tiny house builder based in Wichita, Kansas and they just completed their first awesome tiny house build! The 24-foot THOW has a popular farmhouse-style interior, with shiplap walls, wood-appearance flooring, and floating shelves. It’s for sale for $59,500.
I love that they lit each individual stair up to the loft! That has to be handy for making any bathroom runs middle-of-the-night. There’s a roomy loft bedroom, and the bathroom has a washer, shower stall, and RV toilet. Check it out below.

WAAAAAYYYYYYYYY too much kitchen counter space. People seem to either forget that in a tiny house your not cooking a 5 course meal for 38 of your friends and family. You HAVE to have some living space as an escape for your own soul and mental health. The entire house is 24 feet and 12 of it is taken up by kitchen cabinets and counters.
WAAAAAYYYYYYYYY to much comment…. too much counter space? Depends on you perspective. While I don’t have a tiny home, yet, I have that amount of space and its good. Different people have different requirements. For me I wouldn’t have THAT layout because I prefer a U shaped system. Not everybody needs the space but some do.
And your comment of 5 course meal and 38 friends is just plain ridiculous. Plus you have the bath room at one end which takes up space as well.
Is this still available
I quit like this. The bathroom sink is sweet and the shower is perfect. Very industrial farm house. I rarely say this but the windows could be bigger.
Don’t need loft, I need one level a tiny Home. I’m an Elderly woman can’t walk the stairs.
