Nice, but $45,000 is a lot for what is the same as an RV. . .

I actually thought this was one of the more inexpensive builds I’ve seen 🙂 — Tiny House Talk Team

45K and no storage staircase? I think not.

I love the colors! However, I too am not fond of ladders…the age thing. But it is a great design and the quad dormers work very well. I also like you switched the sink and the stove from the plans, better design. I can see the price tag, it is all about the SqFt and goodies. I am a commercial builder designing several THOW’s for me and my daughter for college. Just need to pick two. I like it!

I think the yellow front door makes no sence, but I guess to each their own… I really don’t feel this one added up to a $45,000.00 price tag though…!

Just a pop of color. I like yellow, but it’s a bit bright! — Tiny House Talk Team

I agree, Zachary. I see an overall lack of good design here – definitely not worth the $45,000 price tag.

I always look for your comments, btw. Most times you say what I am thinking!

This is really nice, especially with two large sleeping areas. I also like the way the frig is placed over a base cabinet tonmake it more accessible. I might would pay around $30,000 for this turn key. It will make someone a nice home.

Hi Brian & Jessica, Your daughters are just beautiful! I didn’t realize you could actually fit five people in there. Your home is cozy, and I like how organized you are and how nice everything fits especially your kitchen, it’s very homey!! But at my age I can’t do ladders anymore. Your home is beautiful and I don’t think you will have any problems selling it!! Good Luck!! Carol????

What is “SmartSiding” and “SmartTrim?” Is is plastic siding?

Sorry, all I’ve been seeing in THOWs seem to be low height loft bedrooms that only a very young person would like, no comfortable living area to speak of, and they are just over-priced glorified kitchens on wheels! My 25 foot RV has a leather sofa that seats 4 comfortably, 2 swing around recliners, and a table with 2 leather high-back benches that seat 4 comfortably! The kitchen has an apartment size fridge and stove, microwave, and large sink! Then there is the queen sized bed and full bathroom with tub! I just don’t get it!!

A lot of it is about weight and height/width restrictions. You only have so much space to use, so it’s challenging to go without a lot altogether.
