Nice size, spacious, love the bathroom and the hidden bed, the big modern kitchen, and the skilights over the living room. Well done!

Beautifully done! It’s an oooh and aaah fest! A dream to be dreamt.
Though way above most tiny houser’s budgets and practicalities. It invites those with higher tastes (and budgets) to the land of tiny. Well done!

Really nice-looking little place – but the door and sloping roof placement looks like it wasn’t that well thought-out… Sloping down right over the operable door – wouldn’t that be fun unlocking and enter/exit in a hard rain…?

That was exactly my very first impression too. But according to their website you too can have a Tiny Heirloom like this one STARTING at like $132,000 if I used their math formula correctly. They must be crazy, in between galas and liaising with their money managers to count the spoils of course.

And you can have one too!
** Travel Trailer Starting at $89k – 8.5′ wide x 18′ long and increases $2,500 per foot in length
** Gooseneck Trailer Starting at $89k – 8.5′ wide x 18′ long and increases $2,500 per foot in length
** Park Model Trailer Starting at $139k – 13′6″ wide x 26 long and increases $3,500 per foot in length

Sounds like a steal at $581/sq ft for the travel trailer.

Yes, what a steal at the cost per sq ft! I tried to find the exact square footage for this Heirloom, but I can only guesstimate. Here’s a quote from their website:
“We don’t have many limitations during the design phase, so we can accommodate just about any idea out there! We do have code requirements as far as dimensions go. Our units have to be under 8’6” wide from siding to siding. Height is maximized at 14’0”. Length is a bit variable as there is no pre-defined limit, but we do have a cap of 400 SQFT total. However we don’t recommend anything over 35’ due to practicality of mobility. Other than that you’re free to customize, create and design any aspect of your Tiny Heirloom as you see fit.”

I love these! Ideas, concept everything! I’m looking for one for myself, I am single & a bit disabled. Have you built any for people like me? Please send more to choose from 🙂

I have seen this tiny house before and I was not that impressed with it then, and I can confidently say I am not impressed with it now either.. It’s just not for me, let’s leave it at that…!

It IS beautiful. And I want a bed on the first floor…. But, I try not to watch this show, because I believe they are charging way over the top, for their THOWs.
Check out other sites, and you will see just as good work, for half the price, in some situations. Check out IncredibleTinyHomes.com or Tinyhomebuilders.com. Many others. There is one if Florida, that does a great job, for less than this company. One in South Carolina, near Beaufort, that does a great job too, for less. Wish I could remember their names!

I fail to see what is sneaky about the pull out bed. I that just Natalie’s (poetic) writers licence?

Just thought it was clever, Eric 🙂 I use the term “sneaky” a lot for anything that’s hidden or tucked away.

Now I most certainly love the set up with the sofa and having all the storage underneath with the bed including. Two thumbs up!

Love all the components of this little house! I have to wonder what the cost of doing something similar on a 40′ scale in a fixed container home would run cost wise?
The claw-foot tub and extra touches were the finishing touches for me!

Would like to know how much this was and if we can replicate it with a few modifications? Moving from GA to MA.
    Please and thank you.

Hi Josephine, You’ll have to ask Tiny Heirloom about it — there are links in the story, but you can also just google them and find their “contact us” page 🙂

    Beautiful!

I have watched a half dozen of the tv shows by this company. I saw the program that showed this one being built. That wall on the ..raised..living room, where they hide the pull out table and benches… They must have some skinny rears. Not only do those look extremely uncomfortable, but the table to put plates and food, is itsy-bitsy, and getting out of a bed that lays on the floor..makes me hurt thinking about it. (yes, I realize there is a bedroom) lol. Can you imagine tripping over your feet on the way ‘down’ from your raised living room?
Yeee Haww. I think the high prices are for giving the customers more input to the design. I’d be all over them.
