This is a 2003 Forest River Sandpiper Toy Hauler Trailer that has been renovated into a tiny house on wheels. It has approximately 184-square-feet of space to offer inside. This trailer is located in Sarasota, Florida.

The unit was stripped down all the way to the studs and completely rebuilt from the inside-out. The owners planned to keep it for themselves, but their plans have changed so now it’s available for $16,500 according to the listing on Tiny Home Builders.

We converted a 2003 Forest River Sandpiper that was originally a toy hauler trailer, into our Tiny Home. A ton of work was put into all aspects of the trailer and it is livable now. There are still some odds and ends to finish up, mostly trim work, etc. Otherwise, it’s a great looking and useable home now.

As with anything you want. You can change it. It looks very functional.
Pictures are nice. But need to see in person. Is this ready electric and propane or easy to go to off grid, with solar power and batteries. For camping or living , or traveling? Licensed or other? Thanks.
