Like all the rest you have built, it is really nice and practical while being beautiful. You use high quality materials and your craftsmanship is impeccable. Great job! I just sold a tiny house that was only 6×6 with no bathroom, or other plumbing, and only an RV cord plugin for electricity for $7500. Your price for all the space, amenities, and quality materials seems about right to me. I used to build 1200 square houses years ago, and I can tell you that building a tiny house like the one you are showing here takes a lot more time and consideration and, again, craftsmanship, to build so that it is strong, safe, road worthy, and still be beautiful. Again, I think the price is very reasonable for a stick built house that is more than thin metal or fiberglass walls, flimsy framing, and mediocre roof plan. Good job!

This is an hour and a half from Boulder, outside Castle Rock, not really near Boulder. I’d love to see it, but maybe if they were actually near Boulder, since that’s where I am.

Please come to Austin Texas. This is a great place for these kinds of houses. Also have questions about utilities. Are there any around Austin?
