Tiny Stargaze Cabin at Bellfire Farm, Catskills Mountains

This post contains affiliate links.

This is a tiny stargaze cabin at Bellfire Farm in the Catskills Mountains of upstate New York.

It’s a really unique place that you can actually book a stay at via Airbnb. It has a big window in the rear of the cabin, on the roof, made for stargazing. It’s really interesting and unique. Check it out and let us know what you think in the comments.

Tiny Stargazing Cabin in New York

The bedroom area of the tiny house has an oversized skylight for stargazing.

The other area of the tiny house is designed to be open with view of the mountains…

On the property is this nearby, whimsically-built outhouse.

You can wash your hands outside.

The view from inside. Quite dreamy, isn’t it?

The architecture makes me smile.

What an amazing place.

I love how funky it is. The different windows are perfect.

And this bedroom is super-cozy.

Here’s what it looks like in the fall, when it’s not snowing.

You can actually book a stay here, but it does close for winter. Check out the video tour of it by MikeWillTravel/YouTube (below).

Doesn’t show much inside. I do love this. Windows is what attracts me. I do Astrophotography and this is ideal for my telescope. I have 3 Nikon mounts on it. The outhouse is real cute. Love the Moon in the door. I don’t like them but for this place I would be content.

Practical? Not much for those who insist indoor plumbing is a right 😉 Yet, the WHIMSY factor makes it all worthwhile! [For a visit. In the warm months.]
