This is a nice rustic styled home. I like the interior design, goes well with the outside. It appears in the pictures the ladder going to second story pulls out for better climbing. If so it is way better than a straight up ladder, yet gives floor space when not pulled out for use.

Very cool and great price. 200K. I could live here, my wife would not want to move across the country but I could live here easily. With the 25 acres I could have a very nice layout for my trains and a lot of room for visitors to run theirs or just to ride the trains.

That’s a really cool home on a beautiful ranch. Lots of acreage and horse barns and equestrian stuff, too. Not a bad price for Florida, especially for a ranch with the set up this has on it. All the work is done! Very clever little house.

The ad states that it can be lived in full time. Are tiny houses legal in Lake City, FL?

You can live in them if you have them on unincorporated land, like a ranch or farm. Other wise you have to park them in a Mobile home park. Tiny homes are just Mobile homes but prettier. People have been living tiny for many years.

I like it, BUT where is the bedroom?! A home would have a bedroom where you can sleep. All I see is a kitchen, bathroom, living room, and circular deck. Great to entertain, but where do you rest?

Maybe the couches become the sleeping area?
