I’m guessing most people do not realize how expensive mountain property is here in Colorado. Chances are, the price is more for the land than the actual cabin. However, I do wish he had shown more of the inside of the little cabin.

Unfortunately, many people have no idea how the real estate market works. Let alone why one area would cost more than another or even what they are actually paying for when they are buying a given property…

It’s one of the reasons people are struggling even when they can afford what’s available in their area of the housing market… or worse end up in situations where they are in trouble because they didn’t fully understand what they were getting into…

Wouldn’t consider buying it since the person didn’t show the inside of the place. That is important. Not a bad deal though but I wouldn’t drive there to see it. The person posted some pics. Post the inside please. Is interesting looking.

Inside the outhouse photos are imperatives. You can build a really nice tiny house, yurt or even a converted camper and yes I know the value of property in Colorado. Especially that area. Still NOT worth itm

Yeah it’s really mostly for the land value. The cabin itself is hardly finished inside. It’s more of a bunkhouse/shed but has good potential to be finished and customized.
