It’s very attractive inside, and not bad outside, too. I like the little pop-out that extends the kitchen, and makes the mini-split unit less noticeable outside.

    Very nice
But also,I’ve been wanting to say something: I recently went to another tiny home website and I gotta say-you have spoilt me because I could NOT tolerate it there.
I’m not a tech genius so forgive my incorrect terminology-but whomever visits here, shows there tiny home here, produces the web site-this really is the best place for tiny homes
    Thank you

I am curious about why they are selling it and how much traffic has been through it. That might be a high price if it’s been heavily used.

      Hi Theresa,
Good question….We built it to use as an AIRBNB but our local laws were pretty “gray” about if we could rent it out so we just tried anyway. We rented it as long as we could (sadly only one year) before our county shut us down. We’re sad to have to sell it but we need to since we can’t use it anymore.

I rather like the spiral staircase in the first picture.
Saves room and accomplishes the same job as a regular staircase.
I do wish those lofts had a little more headroom, though.
    Otherwise, nice homes.

Hi! I’m looking to build my own tiny house with a spiral staircase, and my floor space will actually be exactly the same as yours! Mine will be more square though because I’m converting a shed since I don’t plan on moving it. I’m still figuring out the final layout. Would you mind if I asked you questions about this over email? Thank you!
