I, myself am coverting a Derkskin 16×40 Derkskin shed to a Senior living quarters on the model of a tiny home. I would really like to find sponsors to help with completing it. So far electrical, plumbing and HVAC SPLIT SYSTEM . MY son in law who works full time has been and almost completed the insulation . The drywall would be next i think. The deal is I am a widow and I was not left in a good financial position due to my husband’s employer who found a technical way to deny me his life insurance. Long story short, any ideas on how to market the idea of getting sponsors or any suggestions to help withmy situation. I get Social Security but that is my only income. My house is full due to Corona virus, one brother in the living room as he is homeless, grandaughter (teen) in my grandsons room, my grandson who is eight is bunking in with me which means I have not had a decent night’s sleep in over a year. My youngest daughter and her husband have one of the three bedrooms in the main house. Anyway struggling to find solutions to this situation. I have been working on my ” little beach cottage” for four years and now with the need to socially distance it means I have to stay in my room a lot. I hope someone who will empathize with me reads this as i am desperate. I dream of the property brothers coming to help but I know they mostly help rich people in California. And Holmes on Holmes is mostly in Canada. I dont have any big bucks in the bank and as a widow l have minor been able to fet a home equity loan or to refinance due to not having perfect credit. So i have exhausted those options. 6.87 % is what the interest on my house is. I have it paid down to 68,000 dollars .everytime I try to refi it puts a mark against my credit rating! Any way Thank you to whoever reads this for your time. Your input would be greatly appreciated.

Huge windows are great,they open up a tiny space optically. However, for privacy they should have an option to close them.
Daytime a good tint will do the job. Night time they don”t work, my favorite are horizontal blinds between double or triple glass.They don’t catch dust and require additional interior space but black out blinds which can be lifted upwards could be an option.
As usual loft isn’t my thing, a lift up bed would be my preference.
Black out blinds are a great choice if you can’t get the ones with inner blinds.
