Hi Alex (and Tiny House Newsletter readers), I have a custom tiny house trailer for sale, as well as windows, doors, a skylight, and flooring.
It was my project but now I have a new job and will not have the time. I would like to sell it to someone who can make better use of it and build a tiny house.
Below I have attached photos and descriptions for you.

Tiny House Trailer For Sale
The trailer was originally a Baja Toy Hauler, but the top was removed and left this beautiful frame, perfect for building a tiny house.
I had a welder add side rails for reinforcement to make it easier to build on.
The trailer has 23′ of build-able length, plus 4 feet more with the hitch, for a total length of 27 feet and 8 feet of width.
Two water tanks are in the frame, and there is a hydraulic, battery powered jack, as well as spare tire.
The tires are like new. Axles are rated at 5,200 lbs each.
The trailer is registered and has CA plates. Asking $3,500 OBO for trailer.
Building Materials for sale:
two matching windows (sliders) 48″ x 60″, another window 48″ x 50″, a skylight 48″ x 48″, Glass French doors (regular size) and about 250 sq ft of wood flooring. All of this for just $300.

Is the trailer perfectly level? Perhaps it’s my eyes or the images, but it appears that the highest point is at the front wheel and it slopes down at each end.
Is it still available? I called the number but it’s disconnected number.
Total scam! This buyer has sold a salvage titles trailer without listing it, did not include the flooring, no skylight, hydrology lift was broken! Total scam will be investigated by the police, PayPal and credit card company.
