    Everything nicely done but 1.
No stairs…this could be easily fixed or not?
Just thinking about all of us that do not care for the ladder system just to get up and back down

Kim: check out humble-homes.com. There are several interesting single-floor plans. Humble Homes sells building plans only, but they are designed by a structural engineer and are suitable to hand off to a general contractor.
Also, plan pricing is extremely reasonable. Lots of pix and videos. There are a lot of us who are unable or unwilling to climb ladders, aren’t there?

I saw this tiny home on Tiny House Hunters. Has the owner given up on tiny living?

Love tiny house’s but really like the one’s with the stair cases instead of the ladder…..getting up through the night would make me nervous especially in emergency situation.
