This is a tiny house in Turkey and it’s being towed by a compact car!
It’s a 15-ft. tiny house on wheels built by Groupage in Turkey. They listed the tiny house over at Tiny House Marketplace for $19,000. In the video below, you can see the tiny house being towed by what seems to be a Fiat compact car with a diesel engine.

Well, I don’t know about the trailer, but I would sure as heck buy that car! Lol! What a tank! If it can pull that trailer, it must have a great transmision in it. The trailer is very nice, too, and is what I consider the perfect length. I like the wood finishes in side, but I also would have liked to see more pictures, like of the loft. The price is really great! Maybe we should all be buying lumber from Turkey, right? This house is a great buy!
Well, keep in mind THOWs in most other countries are going to be a lot lighter than they are in the States or Canada. Since, they deal with more strict road legal limitations, with lower max weight allowed.
Note, also, it’s completely empty of anything not built in. So just the dry weight being towed… While only the loft part of the roof is high but rest slopes down to single level by the front…
Over in Australia, they even had a THOW being towed by a Tesla car… So they can be very light weight, using steel or aluminum framing, no sheathing or using the sheathing as the siding, minimalistic designs, etc.

Calling this a tiny home is a big stretch; more like a shed or micro cabin.
Don’t see how you can come to that conclusion, while it may not look like much it has all the basic requirements covered. It’s insulated, has a mini-split for heating and cooling, has a closet, bathroom, kitchen, wood stove, sleeping loft, stairs, etc… All mentioned in the listing…
Sheds and micro-cabins are far more basic and would be more of a stretch to compare it to them…
This listing is in Turkey. I just tried the video links and 2 were the same as on this page, a third link only showed the house with interior lights on/off and the 4th link was removed. None of the links showed photos of the interior to allow viewing of the kitchen and bath areas mentioned. Disappointing to say the least. The listing info did mention trailer axles had a payload of about 3500 pounds which cannot be carried by most small cars in America. In fact you need a mid size or larger SUV or at least a V6 to V8 engine for most American cars to tow this much depending on your transmission.
Well, there are exceptions like the Mercedes Benz E200 can tow up to 4,630 lbs. (2,100 kg)… Volkswagen Golf TDI GT edition has up to 1,477 lbs. (670 kg) unbraked and 3,527 lbs. (1,600 kg) braked… Subaru Outback, which is more a station wagon or hatchback, is rated for towing up to 3500 lbs… Similarly, the Volvo V90 Cross Country can also tow up to 3500 lbs… Chrysler Pacifica, Mini-Van, can tow up to 3600 lbs… Tesla Model X, which is an EV car, can tow up to 5000 lbs… More than a few other examples. So there are some options that aren’t SUV’s or higher…
Most cars do have capacity below 2000 lbs, some even below 500 lbs, but it’s not like there’s no option for something that’s under 3500 lbs. Since, typically builders don’t go anywhere near the maximum if they can help it because that leaves no capacity for owner to put in their stuff. So it can be a thousand pounds or more lighter for their actual target weight for the build and that puts it within a wider range of tow vehicle options… and it looks like they transported it before installing all the appliances, which would have helped keep it really light for the move…
You would not, repeat WOULD NOT, want to tow that with the skinny tow bar shown. Yikes, would most likely shear off. Believe they are banned in my home country.
I would have liked to see more of the inside.
