Just wondering if he had to get a biz lic to make it a rental?

Not sure Tonita. I’m sure that some do/some don’t it’s just what you’re comfortable with doing in regards to your city/town, neighbors, etc. But I’m amazed at what I’m seeing lately on Airbnb.com. People are renting out their extra bedrooms and using them as like mini hotels. What a cool option for those “stuck” with big houses. You can turn it into a hotel using Airbnb, esp if you’re in a good location.

I’m interested in living in Austin in a tiny house that’s option to buy. Not vacation. I need financing. But am a veteran.
Any information would be much appreciated
