This is for the upper crust tiny home community. I totally understand that you want to keep it nice. Buy the time you buy your lot and buy a tiny home, which the prices keep going up, and your utility costs for set up, and the $300 per month fee nice folks but not rich, can’t afford to live here. Just saying….

I’m from that area, and have family living there today. The 285$ a month has to be a joke. The picture on the website that said “Or, Simply Do Nothing” made me laugh. There is nothing to do in Starke county.

This website reveals nothing helpful to an interested buyer, is outdated, as useful as the links. The contact link does not provide a means to contact anyone. Does this community still exist? Is it sold out? We’d love to visit if there are lots available. Please reply to my email address. I am sending this on behalf of my husband and myself looking to downsize. Our dream home is a small cabin near fishing and kayaking. This sounds perfect!
    Thank you,

$15K for the lot. in Greater Vancouver and Victoria, B.C. you can’t buy a parking spot with your condo for under $25k. $15k FOR THE LOTS is a good price, from where I’m at.
the monthly strata fee includes a lot and it isn’t out of wack as far as I’m concerned. For being 2 hrs. outside of Chicago this doesn’t seem like a lot of money. It looks more like a weekend get away and its priced right for that, given the cost of most others.

    Hi
Would like to know do you have a way for a person/family to move from Say, Pa. To Indianna so they can live in tiny homes? Also can a tiny home be adapted to be peddled instead of motorized… I am thinking versatility cleanliness and exercise.

Like it states in the article, “Links expired. We assume this community has sold out.”

Though, there’s a Tiny Estates in Pennsylvania and are looking into opening other communities that you could check out…
